Weight and Balance for the Aerolite-103
Notes:
You may need assistance from another person to read your scales.
Use accurate bathroom type scales that have calibrated.
Weigh the plane with no fuel in the tank and pilot in the seat and by using three scales.
Place one scale under the nose wheel, one scale under the right hand main gear wheel, and one under the left hand main gear wheel.
Weigh indoors if possible and with no wind.
Be as accurate on scale weight reading as possible ( +/- 1- 2 lbs )
Fuel = 6 lbs. per US gallon ( example: 5 gallons x 6 lbs./per/gal = 30 lbs)
